A Russian Sukhoi SuperJet 100 (SSJ100) aircraft touched the runway with its landing gear retracted during a test flight at Iceland’s Reykjavik Keflavik Airport Sunday. The aircraft, tail number 97005, was in the final stages of test flights July 21 to evaluate the SSJ100’s automatic landing system in strong crosswind conditions and to simulate landing with one engine failure.
