A Boeing 767-300 converted freighter operating for Amazon Air crashed into Trinity Bay near Anahuac, Texas, Feb. 23, FAA said.  Three people may have been onboard, FAA said, citing preliminary information.  The Amazon charter was operated by Atlas Air as flight 3591 from Miami to Houston, according to FAA.
