Oneworld has named Emirates Airline executive Rob Gurney to replace Bruce Ashby as CEO of the global airline alliance. Ashby had announced in January that he would be stepping down. Gurney is currently Emirates’ SVP-commercial operations in the Americas, a role he will leave in October to join oneworld.
