Russian aircraft manufacturing conglomerate United Aircraft Corp. (UAC) has named two new vice presidents. Alexander Bobryshev will become a VP responsible for the department for state aviation MRO, and Dmitry Matsenov will become a VP responsible for programs and innovations.
