Dubai-based budget carrier flydubai will launch Dubai-Moscow service in September. It will become the airline`s ninth destination in Russia. The airport in Moscow has not been specified yet, but the carrier will do that soon because ticket sales start in April. Flydubai began flying into Russia in 2010, starting with flights to Samara and Yekaterinburg and adding Kazan and Ufa in 2011.
