German leisure carrier Condor and Austrian startup LaudaMotion are negotiating the terms of ending a cooperation agreement, according to industry sources. The talks come after LaudaMotion founder Niki Lauda agreed to sell a 24.9% stake in the airline to Irish LCC Ryanair with the option of taking the shareholding up to 75% following regulatory approvals.
