Taiwan’s China Airlines (CAL) Group plans to launch an initial public offering (IPO) for its low-cost subsidiary Tigerair Taiwan. However, the flag carrier must reduce its 100% share in the LCC to no more than 70% for the listing. The move was announced Jan. 22 by the airline.
