UK charter broker Air Partner has acquired aircraft remarketing specialist Cabot Aviation for up to £1.2 million ($1.9 million). Cabot Aviation was set up in 1998 by chairman Malcolm Holt and CEO Tony Whitty. It has resold aircraft for a range of airlines and financial institutions, including Cargolux, Daimler-Chrysler, DVB Bank, KLM, Martinair and Rolls-Royce Aircraft Management.
